Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something is not quite right, we are happy to assist with returns or exchanges in accordance with the guidelines below.

Return Window

Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items must be received back in their original condition within 21 days unless otherwise arranged.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original condition with all tags attached. Garments showing signs of wear, odor, alteration, or damage may not be eligible for return.

To ensure a smooth and secure process, return shipping arrangements are coordinated by our team. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund total unless otherwise stated.

Clients located near our Toronto workshop may arrange a drop-off return without appointment during designated hours.

Exchanges for size or colour may be arranged depending on availability. Our team is happy to assist in selecting the best alternative when possible.

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including retailer-exclusive products, special orders, altered garments, or items clearly identified as final sale.

Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment once items have been inspected. Please allow several business days for processing.

Natural Materials & Craftsmanship

Fur and leather are natural materials and may display unique variations in texture, tone, grain, or pattern. These characteristics are part of each garment’s individuality and craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

 

Minor variations between product images and the finished garment may occur due to natural materials, lighting, and hand-finishing processes.
