Approved returns and exchanges may be dropped off at our Toronto location by appointment only.

Please contact us at info@pelliarts.com before bringing an item back so we can confirm eligibility, provide return instructions, and arrange a drop-off time.

Items brought in without prior approval or outside of an arranged appointment may not be accepted. All returned items are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is completed.
