Each item is inspected prior to dispatch to ensure quality and accuracy.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before they are shipped. This allows time for order review, quality inspection, careful packing, and preparation for dispatch.

During peak periods, promotional events, holidays, or for items requiring additional inspection, processing may take slightly longer.

Made-to-order pieces, special requests, alterations, or approved custom work may require additional lead time. If extra preparation time is required, we will communicate the expected timeline as clearly as possible.

Shipping service levels may be offered at checkout based on your delivery address, order value, current promotions, and carrier availability. These may include complimentary shipping, standard shipping, or faster shipping options.

PELLIARTS ships from Toronto, Canada to destinations within Canada and internationally, where carrier service is available.

At checkout, you may be offered shipping service levels such as complimentary shipping, standard shipping, or faster shipping, depending on your delivery address and current promotions. The specific carrier and shipping method are selected by PELLIARTS based on the destination, package size, order value, delivery speed, and service availability.

PELLIARTS may occasionally offer complimentary or promotional shipping. Current shipping offers will be shown on the site, in the announcement bar, or at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional shipping thresholds are based on the order subtotal before taxes and shipping, and after any discounts have been applied.

Shipping promotions may vary by destination, order value, product type, package size, or service level. Some destinations, remote areas, international orders, oversized items, special orders, or high-cost shipping zones may be excluded.

Promotional shipping covers the shipping service selected by PELLIARTS and does not include duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, or other import-related costs.

For the security of your order, all PELLIARTS shipments require a signature upon delivery.

Please provide a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the package. If delivery is missed, the carrier may attempt redelivery or hold the package for pickup according to their delivery policies.

PELLIARTS is not responsible for missed deliveries, return-to-sender shipments, delays, or additional costs caused by the recipient being unavailable to sign for the package.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, service level, carrier availability, customs clearance, and seasonal volume. Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

Within Canada, delivery is typically 2–10 business days after dispatch. U.S. orders are typically delivered within 4–10 business days after dispatch. International delivery times vary by destination and shipping service.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed delivery service is specifically offered at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the shipping label has been created. Tracking activity may not appear immediately and may update only after the carrier has scanned the package.

If you have not received tracking information or believe there may be an issue with your shipment, please contact us and we will be happy to help review it.

Canadian orders are charged applicable sales tax at checkout.

For orders shipped outside Canada, duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, or other import-related costs may apply depending on the destination country and the shipment. These charges, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

PELLIARTS prepares customs documentation as accurately as possible based on the item, country of origin, and declared value. Customs processing may affect delivery timelines, and unpaid import charges may result in delays, failed delivery, or return-to-sender shipments.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. PELLIARTS is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, return-to-sender shipments, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the package has been dispatched.

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, missed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, unpaid import charges, or failure to collect the package from the carrier, the shipment may be returned to PELLIARTS.

If an order is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, and any additional costs required to resend the package.

Refunds, exchanges, or reshipments for returned packages will be reviewed once the order has been received back by PELLIARTS and inspected.

If your package appears delayed, please contact us and we will help review the tracking information with the carrier where possible. Delivery delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, customs processing, incorrect address information, missed delivery attempts, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If a package appears lost in transit, PELLIARTS will review the shipment and, where applicable, assist with a carrier investigation or claim. Carrier investigations are subject to the carrier’s timelines, requirements, and final determination.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, PELLIARTS is not responsible for theft, loss, damage, or missing packages occurring after delivery. If this happens, please contact the carrier directly and notify us so we can assist where possible.

For added protection, PELLIARTS may use insured shipping, signature confirmation, tracking, or other delivery safeguards at our discretion, depending on the order value, destination, carrier, and shipping service.

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the shipment and, where applicable, assist with a carrier claim. Carrier claims are subject to the carrier’s investigation, timelines, requirements, and approval.

Please keep all packaging, labels, and damaged items until the matter is resolved, as photos or inspection may be required.
