Products marked In Stock are available to order. Depending on the item, this may mean that a finished piece is currently available or that the item can be made using materials presently in stock and completed within our stated processing time.
While we make every effort to keep product availability accurate, occasional inventory discrepancies may occur. If we are unable to fulfill an order within the stated processing time, we will contact you promptly. If the item cannot be fulfilled, the affected item or order will be cancelled and any payment made for it will be fully refunded.
Products marked Out of Stock are not currently available to order. This generally means that we do not have a finished piece available and are also unable to produce the item with currently available materials or production capacity. Availability may return at a later date.
We make every reasonable effort to accurately present our products through photography and descriptions. Some imagery on this site may feature AI-generated or digitally enhanced models or visual presentation elements; however, we aim to keep the product’s appearance, design, and material character realistically aligned with the actual item. Due to the natural characteristics of fur and leather, variations in tone, texture, grain, pattern, and overall appearance are expected and form part of each garment’s individuality. Such variations are not considered defects.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Applicable taxes and any shipping charges are calculated and disclosed at checkout before you submit your order. International orders may also be subject to duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, or other import-related costs as described in our Shipping Policy.
Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted. Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers, including Square.
Shipping timelines are estimates provided by carriers and may vary depending on destination or external circumstances. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery delays are outside our control. Please refer to our shipping page for more details.

Proper care is essential to maintain fur and leather garments. Damage resulting from improper storage, exposure to excessive heat, moisture, or misuse is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Visits to our workshop or showroom may require appointment scheduling. We reserve the right to adjust availability as needed to maintain operational workflow.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pelliarts shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

We strive to present our products as accurately as possible through photography and descriptions.
